Fix License Authentication Problem

Please try the following approaches to resolve authentication problem. If you still running into the same issue, please contact us immediately.

  1. If you’re from version 1, please have a look into this upgrade guide
  2. Try to run TLDrop as administrator
  3. Make sure that the authentication key does not contain lower-cased characters
  4. Make sure you don’t type an empty or white space(s) at email or authentication key
  5. Make sure you can access website
  6. Try to restart your internet connection
